The Regular Savings account is for customers who are starting a savings portfolio, saving for a major purchase, or who want to put their extra funds to work earning a competitive interest rate.
If you keep a $10 minimum daily balance, you'll earn competitive interest rates on the daily collected balances. Interest is paid monthly. Contact your First American Bank personal banker for current interest rates.
Maintain a minimum daily balance of $200, and there’s no monthly service charge; if any time during the month the balance falls below $200, there is a service charge of $2 per month.
You may make a maximum of six free withdrawals per month — all six may be made by check. Ask about other fees which may apply outside of these parameters.
In Florida, ATM transactions in all Publix Supermarkets are fee-free.
Multiple First American Bank locations are prepared to serve your banking and complete financial needs.
The Money Market account is for customers who wish to earn a return on their money, like a savings account, combined with the convenience of writing checks. Depositing funds in a money market is as easy as depositing money into a savings or checking account. The funds are invested in safe and conservative financial instruments such as government t-bills, savings bonds and certificates of deposit. The income is then paid out to you, the owner of the money market.
Interest rates relate to account balance. See your personal banker for current interest rates.
There is no service charge when a minimum daily balance of $1,000 is maintained. If your account balance is below $1,000, a fee of $10 per month is charged.
